1. Using a standard web browser, you can manage the specimen from the time it is ordered by the referring cllinician, to the arrival to your lab, to staining, to the clinical work, transcription and report generation including all the corresponding ICD9 and CPT codes.
2. Once that report is generated, it can be delivered to the referring Physician either via a secure fax, or by the recipient logging into your system from their own internet-enabled computer, or even by remote printing to a printer located at the referring physician's practice
3. Upon report generation, billing information is automatically saved, and included in your next billing submission.
4. In addition, all data is saved, allowing you to run reports by patient, doctor, date, etc.

All this is done with a 100% web-based system where all you need is a PC, and internet access. All the information is safely stored in a server at a HIPAA compliant data center.
