The report template will be customized to fit your corporate image and your current format. The pathology report is divided into several sections and it can be modified to your business practices.  The sections include: Demographics (included in every report page) Clinical (including diagnosis, gross description, microscopic findings, etc Images (including gross images, organ maps, etc) Electronic Signature Disclaimer and coding information Document Attachment (including multiple external reports attached as images) Tables with Special Stains, IHC, or FISH results Click on the thumbnail images to the right and below to view some sample reports.
